its not really so much about the actually setup as it is just your scheme and how you utilitze your players personally i like my slower guy inside and faster guys outside.

who do you use right now? just use your favorite team? i run the eagles exclusively, so nothin but green and black all day and i would tell you to use them but you gotta know the personel and know how to use them, same appies for there D, its really all up to you theres no right team to use any team can be dangerous if used right.
