Weird defense?

I saw this today and had no idea how to face it. what do you do when a guy takes the defensive end on one side line him up on the other side and blitz him, it seems the blockers wont block him since hes not supposed to there?

Just run the ball right at where his DE used to be.. Since he pulled him to the other side of the line, the place he vacated should have a huge hole to run through

slide protection to the side he's blitzing from and roll out to the other side.

If ur trying to pass try motioning your TE to that side and blocking him and slide protecting to that side

Ok thanks all for some strange reason I cant run on the vacated end side because the linebackers keep covering, I will try motioning players on that side.
