1)Try running a wr screen to the left, if he is flipping it to make the FS drop before the snap run it to the right. Their corners are a little light in the butt and should be blocked easily.
2)Run formations that have twin wr's on one side (ex. I-form twins). This will give you two wideouts on the same side as one cornerback. Run a in route with the outside receiver (smart route him to make his route a ten yard and cut to middle of the field), and a streak route with the inside receiver. One or both or them will be open consistently.
After a steady diet of both these plays, he should be coming out of cover 3.
