tampa bay offensive ebook wont display images or videos

Hey guys, im new to the site and I just bought this ebook to help out my offense. The download went fine and I can read the text perfectly, however theres a gap under the play where I would assume an image or video is supposed to be. Yet nothing appears. Now maybe its supposed to be like that but if not, Id really appreciate if someone could help me. Thanks a ton for the responses

yea, theyr still not showing up. Maybe im using the wrong program? idk, it just appears as a green book on my desktop.

yea its definitely starting to make me mad. iv tried everything to fix it. re-downloading, unregistering then registering.. they just wont show. there's supposed too be videos right?
