Whats the best defense against the sweeps?

Man I use the multiple d playbook and I am, struggling against the sweeeps to the outside. AP murdered my defense today and it is very frustrating!!

contains kill that s***, good user pursuit is pretty important, too.

but a contain will get the DE to beat the RB to the point. but then you have to worry about him cutting inside, so user a LB to protect against that.

just like in real life, don't over commit.

4-6 inside blitz. If you spread the LB's and contain the DE's they should fill the hole.
