Reblitz all 4 linemen
Adjust the coverage as you see fit

when not overused this is an excellent play against the pass, you will get torched on the run though so only use it when you expect the pass.

BNR optional
take blitzing LOLB and put him outside LE and reblitz
Take Blitzing LILB and put him between LE and NG and REblitz.
User blitzing ROLB and lurk with him.
if u got good user skills this blitzs can be deadly while mixed in with other plays ofcourse
