im wondering wat is ur base defense ...
and if u can share some of ur secretes...to making the defense more successful??

Utalize some of the 4-3 plays, I forget most of them by name but I actually make great use of a few 4-3 plays in this book.

Yeah mixing in 4-3 is crucial. If I stay in 46 all game I get burnt.

i use the 46 cuz i like the formation. i like usin 46 speed to keep my defense adaptable and the offense off guard.

i use a lot of cover 3 in it though, and just make adjustments according to what my opponent has been using.
