Alright well I'm using the Houstan Texans.
I have made some trades as we are entering our third season. I had
converted the Texans to a 3-4 last season after acquiring Ernie Sims,
and other LB's. But I didn't have much success. In fact defense and my
turnovers on Offense were my weaknesses.
So this season I'm going in with the following:
Osi Umenyiora at RE 90 OVR
Amobi Okoye at DT (84 OVR) 86 STR
Connor Barwin at LE 82 OVR
Then I have Ernie Sims (85 OVR), Josh Sneed created player (90 OVR),
Demeco Ryans (86 OVR) and Antonio Pierce (78 OVR) So I think I have a
solid lineup for a 3-4 but doesn't seem to be that guy to stuff the
middle especially with a low strength for DT and an aging Antonio
Pierce isn't exactly the best choice for a starter. But I also have
nobody left for DT to be a decent starter. But Free agency is coming up
and I may be able to snatch Jamal Williams (87 OVR) or Domata Peko (86
OVR) for DT. Which could help me convert to a 4-3.
So my question is should I switch to a 4-3 or stick with my 3-4? And if
so could I get some plays or a mini scheme to work with? Thanks!
