| How is he running the ball? Straight up the middle? Toss plays? And what type of passes is he consistently going for? Short passes? Does he dump it off in the flats? Over the top middle and deep passes? | |

| Use a good playbook like the jets use nickle odd split and throw in a nano every now and then unless he has a prestine passing game that should handle that, just mix ur odd split plays around from cover to cover what ever works the best. Stop the run use nickle 1-5-5 use cover 1 and blitz LBs, Another is 46 inside blitz check out my plays in the sticky above the threads they should help u alot | |

| Dang bruh, its not like we could sprinkle some dust on you, tell you some plays, and you would stop the run and pass cold.. Their are many things that we cant do for you, you cant just have to have the plays and stuff, but you have to have game-planning, strategy, setups.. You gotta know what to call in what situation.. Your kinda coming off as a douche with just demanding for us to tell you how to stop the run and pass cold.. How about starting out asking us some good playbooks to use, a solid team, and some good base plays out of those playbooks.. That should get you started.. Try the Jets D like Moore said, seems he has a lot more patience than i do | |

| One tip is manually control the LB. Find out who the fastest LB and the best to tackle with and use him. I don't have the updated roster, but someone like Ernie Sims would do you just great with his speed, tackling, and hit power. | |

| jets d playbook is god like id say that is a good place to start. and if you have a good offensive game plan and feel confident with it try to find a great defensive team that fits into your key strengths of your offensive scheme as well. like if you can do with a decent TE great rb outa the backfield. decent power back and great all around runner use the ravens. great backfield terrible qb and recievers but you have lots of good short passes go with the raiders. also bring heat early in the game it forces key mistakes later on because people grow to expect it. and when it doesnt come people force things into things they expect to be open. | |
