I do 1 play for a certain amount of time, then I switch plays in the same formation.

I pick a play that seems like it would work, and then try it out against different coverages.. Then according to the different coverages i adjust and call hot routes

Let say for defense do you pick a play then for the offense do you pick a popular formation and just keep trying it

if I'm on offense, I make the defense pick random play, but if I'm on defense, I pick random play for offense.

For defense it depends, if i wanna practice a nano i just pick any play.. If i wanna lab how to defend a toss, i pick a toss i see alot.. If i wanna lab how to stop off tackle, i pick goal line off tackle.. And so on
