Shotgun Trips TE - Trips Attack (NE Pats PB)
a) Streak the Left Outside WR.
b) Motion the RB left.
c) The RB will block and then run his delay route.
d) Look for the route of the Inside WR, he should breaks Bump and Run, Man Coverage.
e) You should also be able to get your deep WR’S if for some reason your Inside WR is covered.
f) Last choice, would be the delay routes.
This play has some good options, Practice to get the feel of this play.
Shotgun Twins TE Trips (NE Pats PB)
a) Streak the Inside TE.
b) Place your Outside TE on a slant to the inside
c) Motion your Inside Left WR (Cross Route) to the right.
d) Snap the ball before he reaches the LT.
e) The WR that you motion, his route will unbumpable.
There are other options if this WR is covered, practice to get the feel of this play.
Shotgun Twin TE Trips - WR Screen (NE Pats PB)
a) Streak the Outside TE.
b) Place the WR on the chop block to a slant out.
c) Motion the WR to the right.
d) Snap the ball once the WR passes the outside TE.
e) Against Man Coverage the WR you motioned to the right should be wide open
f) Against Zone, the WR screen on the left should be Money.

Running
I Form Normal HB Slam -(Flipped) (NE Pats PB)
a) After the snap, focus on the guards.
b) This will tell you to run inside or to bounce to the outside.
c) Try to stay to the inside shoulder of your FB.
d) Now you want to use the Burst Speed and the Stiff Arm at the same time.
e) You should be able to break some tackles, with Practice.
I Form: Twin WR FB Fake HB Toss (NE Pats PB)
a) After the snap, make sure you don’t hit the speed burst, until the ball is RB hands.
b) After the RB has the ball, go up field right away, diagonally.
c) The Juke move seems to work better then the Stiff Arm, Truck.
I - Form - Twin WR FB Dive Strong (NE Pats PB)
a) This play gives the same look of the FB Fake Toss
b) After the snap, look for the hole that is created by the offensive line.
c) Use the juke for a nice gain.
The FB Dive is a great scheme to catch your opponent off guard.
Strong I: Normal FB Trap (NE Pats PB)
With the blitzing schemes and people using plain blitzes, runs are not that easy to come by.
This play I like because most cases I get a decent gain and some times break away for a TD.
a) After the Snap
b) The play itself looks like a stretch play, and the HB is showing he is running the
counter.
c) Most times you can get 5 yards before you are touched.
Strong I: Normal HB Toss Weak (NE Pats PB)
a) VERY IMPORTANT, READ THE DEFENSE
b) This play you might want to flip the play depending on the defense or just
playmaker the RB.
c) If you read the defense correctly, most times you should get a nice 7 yard gain.
Weak I: Normal FB Power (NE Pats PB)
a) Snap the Ball
b) The FB takes the ball
c) Scope the defense quickly for open holes.
Most times you should get a decent gain running with the FB and will keep your opponent guessing.
Weak I: Twin TE HB Inside (NE Pats PB)
a) After the Snap
b) Watch the FB; he should help open up a lane.
c) When you see the defenders get close to you, hit the speed burst.
d) If you go toward the outside corner your WR should be blocking.
This play tends to work better against the Dollar defense
Weak I: Twin Power Toss (NE Pats PB)
a) After the Snap
b) Focus on your blocks so when the ball gets to your RB, you know which way to run.
c) Depending on the defense, you might have to cut back inside.
d) When defenders get ready to hit, then use the speed burst.
With any running play, the important item is ready the defense and looking for those
lanes, this is something you will need to Practice and look quickly for lanes.
Shotgun 4 WR HB Quick Base (NE Pats PB)
a) No Adjustments.
b) Snap the ball.
c) Even if you see that you could run straight, don’t do it, follow the path of the play.
d) Most cases the tackle will give you a good block, try not to run too much to the outside.
This play is great to use when you are using the Shotgun in your play offense to throw the
defense off. Read the defense, most times this can be a nice gain of 5-7 yards.
Single Back Tight Slots HB Sprint (NE Pats PB)
a) No Adjustments.
b) Snap the Ball.
c) Watch the Left Tackle for the blocks and lanes that should develop.
d) When defenders approach use the turbo, stiff arm along with the juke.
This play is nice to use to throw off the defense, if you had been using this play to pass.
Single Back Tight Slots HB Stretch (NE Pats PB)
a) No Adjustments.
b) Snap the ball
c) Depending on the defense and the blocking you can break to the right and inside
or shoot for the outside lane.
This play is great to use against someone that keeps using the 3 Man Rush blitz.
Single Back Slot Strong HB Power (NE Pats PB)
a) No Adjustments.
b) Snap the Ball.
c) Watch for the blocks that open.
This play is good to use when mixing up Pass Plays with the same formation, since it is pitch
play, it can give the illusion that you are going to pass.
Single Back Big 3TE HB Counter Weak (NE Pats PB)
a) No Adjustments.
b) Before you snap, use the coach cam to look at the alignment.
c) Snap the Ball.
d) Ignore the pressure and stay with the inside shoulder of your blocking guard.
This is really a good running play, and in practice mode try using different defense schemes to
see how it can work in your plays.
Passing
Single Back Big Corners (NE Pats PB)
a) Hot Route the Left TE to block
b) Hot Route the HB to block right.
c) Motion the TE to the right.
d) Snap the Ball when he is about little before half way behind the offensive line.
e) Snap the ball, back to the left like you are running a bootleg.
This play should allow time in the backfield against those 3 man rush glitchers.
Single Back Big TE Option (NE Pats PB)
a) Hot Route the Right TE to block
b) Hot Route the RB to Block Left
c) Motion the TE in short motion to the left.
d) Snap the Ball when the TE gets behind the tackle.
e) Move the QB to the right as running the bootleg.
Just look for the options that you have, most times I will look for the other TE
running his route.
