The only things that makes this nanon better than any other nano is that in the 1-5-5 the DB's line up with their WR's and press them and you dont have to worry about pressing the WR

i use this same play alot along with cover 2 sink out of 155 (good to have man and zone versions!). the only extra step i usually perform is I pinch the linebackers. sometimes the defensive players tend to wander off their positions.. it's not 100% but still reduces the time you spend repositioning guys on the field
anyhow this play works great. just got to watch out for the HB. dont forget to bring down your DBs to within 5 yards of whoever they're covering for bump n run to work if u use press coverage.
