| Vikings has their eyes set on the free agent Mcnabb. That squad will be "REDUNKULOUS" | |

| Would be hilarious but I don't see the Eagles being that dumb unless they really know the potential of Kolb. | |

This story broke on the 7th of this month, you obviously don't know the business of the NFL. Yeah they may want to keep him, but that's not speaking for the owners that have to pay him. Learn something called "Opportunity Cost" then come talk to me rookie

| yh i know, but ive read stories and stuff and Andy Reid sed himself that Mcnabb is goin to be bak with the Eagles, and if Brett Favre decides to stay which is probally unlikely bt u neva know wat to expect wid him then Vikings wont need him | |

| hopefully the eagles can work it out so mcnabb can stay. i heard some sports center and nfl **** people sayin that they thought the guy to go was gonna be kolb, and that the eagles really liked vick and hope to use him more in the offense this up comming season, also they said they could get more for kolb then vick but thats just what i heard, also i heard rumor that the rams could be a good place for vick but this is all stuff i heard so we will have to see how it all plays out, IMO i think vick deserves to start somewhere as a number 1 QB so i say trade him keep kolb and mcnabb, then when mcnabb retires kolb will be ready, guess it all comes down to money. | |

| he really does, when you think of the eagles you think of ried, mcnabb and dawkins (when he was there) it would be a shame for them to let him go. they already made a huge mistake IMO in letting B-dawk go, lets hope they dont repeat the mistake letting mcnabb go. | |

I'm glad you reminded us what happen to Dawkins. Nobody wanted to see him go but you see the eagles didn't do what they had to do, they did what they wanted to do.

| IMO, the Eagles keep saying how great Vick is and how he fits into their plans and how he's coming along great etc... all in an effort to increase the value of Vick. Then somebody comes knocking, you get much more value that way. QBs are in short supply, you can't keep all three. McNabb is the face of the franchise, Kolb is the future. That leaves Vick to be traded. | |

Agreed, and that's just at the quarter back position. Who knows whats going to happen to other Fa's, The Draft, and "NO SALARY CAP". Man its gonna be a hell of a year this year, players flying all over the league.

| Mcnabb isnt a free agent this year. I believe hes a FA after the 2011 season. Therefore they would have to trade for Mcnabb, I wonder what they could get him for? | |

Lately more owners and coaches are high on draft picks and money, it has been the golden ticket.

| I broke this story a little over a month ago and I had a few skeptics about the thought.
Today the Eagles have officially put McNabb on the market.
Like I said earlier in this thread, ownership does not care about the interest of the fans wanting a certain player, at the end of the day it's a business.
