| Today I switched PB from 4-6 to 3-4. Best decision I've made. Turns out my D isn't that bad, its actually good when I'm using the right scheme..... | |

| Funny thing is, I started with the 3-4....and switched to the 46.
Best move I ever made. The 46 Bear is just beastly for me.

| I recently switched from the 3-4 to the NYJ defensive playbook.. some of the nickle 155 plays bring crazy heat, and it can be used as a great run stopper which was what I definately needed.
I still miss my nickel strong nanos! though not enough to go back.
NYJ does have plenty of nanoing potential:
nickel odd slit monster green nano 3-4 over sting pinch zone vs pass and the run dollar zero blitz among others easy to setup 3-4 stack AND 4-6 blitzes from the outside nickle 155 cover 1 and cover 2 sink (vs pass and the run) dime normal blitzing from the outside man and zone based multiple plays from 3-4 solid for easy a-gap blitzing

Try the Houston playbook for a week. You won't be sorry. I tried the houston PB but it didn't have any tosses or counters out of singleback?!! I rushed for 58 yrd/game when i was rushing over 150. Def have to figure out how to run out of this pb

| NYJ is good but i run 1-5-5 90% of the time so I go with the NE PB since i got the prowl. But everyone has to experiment to find whats good for your skills and the team you use. I absolutely suck with 4-3 (even though its great for the Colts roster) and 46 (again, good for the roster but i suck with it) But you give me 1-5-5 or the 4-4 and im getting 6-7 sacks a game and 2-3 turnovers EVERY time. | |
