madden vault

i cannot access any of the features on madden vault. i have done everything i was supposed to do. my thing is if you charge somebody money for a service they should be able to get direct support when something goes wrong with that service. it's going on two days now and i have yet to get a response. i have not recieved any replies in my inbox or my spam. i also get no response from the contact number i was given with my subscription receipt. i'm not trying be a dick but there should be somebody available to help me.

dats cool i've been trying to get some answers every since yesterday. i didn't know what to think or who i should be getting a hold of. if you could get a hold of mod i would appreciate it. i can't send private messages just yet.

a cjdawgg14 who knows how to get a hold of modrewgnu when he is not online. i paid for this s*** friday and still no word. it's really starting to piss me off. there needs to be somebody else handling this type of stuff cause this is extremely unprofessional don't give a time period of 24 hours, an email, and a contact number, and then not respond to either one. i've been real cool about this s*** but something needs to be done cause it's getting ridiculous. people do read these posts and it just doesn't look good to have people on here complaining for two or three days about the service and nothing still hasn't been done about it

i heard hes not home on a trip,i agree with you pretty unpro access should be automatic once purchased but maybe theirs a reason 2 it

cant log onto madden vault i paid for service can someone guide me what to do

It takes up to 24 hours sometimes for it to go through, check your email and it will be their soon

same here paid for the madden vault got in 2 weeks later no update same play books
