Legendary and L.E card bonus

Some of the Leg and LE cards have added bonus's but the player will already have a 99 in the same catagory as the bonus. Does anybody know if an attribute can go over 99 or how the added bonus will even help if it is already 99.

A player will have a man coverage of 99 with a boost of +10. So is his man coverage 109? Or do other players on defense get the bonus?

nahh im pretty sure 99 is the highest it can go

well if 99 is the highest you can go why do 99 overall players having game boosts
