Making the toss work 4 me

I want to employ it in my game it would be nice to throw into my strong sheme out of the NE book but i cant do it for nothing but everyone i play uses the hell out of it especially the vikes and titans. But i cant get anything help would be appreciated thanks guys

well you need a speedy back kinda with good acceleration. let us know what team you usually use. im assuming the eagles, i think westbrook would be fine just make sure your doing other things outa strong so its not 100% predictable.

When i do it i do it to the weak side with either sproles or peterson. and i do my block assignments aggressive. ill also do a pass play outa the same formation as well as a run up the gut and a stretch to the strong side. when i do the pass play i really overload the right side but have my fb run to the flats on the weak side.

Yeah i use the eagles and the chargers i just cant get it and it seems like some people kill with it

its usually in the weak formation 1 wr 2 te 2 hb. it looks like this (hopefully my shitty simulation thing works)

(the x receiver is on a slant)
its a real basic x slant but it really overloads the strong side. you might want b to be your better TE because he opens up a lot.

The other stuff is self explanatory. toss to the weak side. run up the gut. and stretch to the strong side.

well when i see formations like that my attention imediatley goes to the strong side then i user the weakside backer maybe people are just guessing wich way your gonna go cuz of the overloaded formation witht the TE's and FB and all so maybe the first couple plays you run out of that formation go weakside so he cant just send his guys strong side. lol just a though hopefully it helps. lol i use the NE playbook too and am tryina work more of that formation in my game plan. lol

honestly ive used x slant so much since ive started playing i know plenty of hot routes and s*** to get it to work for probably an entire half as my only play. i may move the ball slow but i wont really get stopped. (of course throwing in run audibles from that formation)

o also i use it outa the colts playbook. i really like that book but i gotta get some more plays outa the gun to make it golden.

X slant is a good one man thank u guys 4 the help
