EA, has released the patch to PSN and XBL but they have to approve the patch on their networks. The patch has to meet a certain criteria meaning not crashing the network... normally it takes about 2 weeks for the networks to approve or disapprove a patch. If all goes well with the approval of the patch maybe later this week.
