Very New to the game, bought the console for my kids (360) and bought the game used for myself and It didnt include instruction book. Now dad and son whom is only 9 are addicted to the game now. very Basic Help Needed PLEASE ANYONE 478291

Where can I find an overview of the preplay controls such as motioning a receiver,, setting up a hot route, changing the defensive coverage etc. we play quite a bit, but at the moment dont have an X box live subscription. Is there a pdf downloadable instruction guide for these preplay controls available anywhere?

If not can anyone help? I really cant afford to purchase the e-books right now, would love to have them, but they would be useless without knowing how to use All the preplay controls
