I ordered the Tampa Bay E-book last week, paid with a credit card and have yet to get anything. I thought I would be patient however my patience is exhausted. Can someone please give me some idea of how one goes about getting what I paid for??????????

check the spam folder of your email that you payed with. the tampa bay ebook is sent out automatically, and you should have received it directly after you payed. If it isnt there for some reason, email products@maddenvault.com with your problem and they will take care of it for you
