ps3 online game settings

just a quick question, sadly online they don't play at full game speed, i'm going to practice etc. and want to know the settings, i know it's all-pro, but what is the game speed set to, i don't see the point labbing/practicing on the wrong settings.. thanks.

lol sigh thanks, very fast.. is the only way to play, there;s an online league starting tonight, is there anyway to have it so the game speed is not slow??
