Best Defense Plays/Formation

Kinda new to the game.. what are the best defensive plays/formations you would recommend for all around play

Nickel Odd Split,46,1-5-5

ya.... 1-5-5 over storm brave, or DT Blitz, they are both the same play except the MLB blitzes on diff sides of DT

nickel strong cov2 shift ur line left then blitz the nickel cb and move him right next to the de ( make sure the cb is fast though )

3-4 stack cover3 send de cover flats x leftstick right and control line backer cover open man dime cover 2 press man coverage (triangle left stick down) protect side lines(Triangle right stick up) will always double cover the sidelines if your getting burned to the out side 2 useful pass defenses Run D 4-6 rush outside spread lbs works well on outside rush 4-6 lb contain useful for outside rush also spread lbs before snap tho High5-78 ps3 user name get at me

the play is dime 2 man press where you press man and guard sidelines sorry about that
