nickle 3-3-5

okkay so ive been getting better on D and actually commin up with some of my own stuff but this 3-3-5 formation is killin me! i cant find anything in it except cover 3 wich ill use as a f@g D. no blitzes no nothin so i was wonderin if any of ya'l had anything good you would be willin to share. im stumped! lol any help would be great!

is that all you do on monster blitz is show blitz or is there a setup you do?

That`s all I do on the monster blitz. Because it`s a quick blitz and the QB has to make a short throw quickly because if they throw deep quick Int.

the only thing i dont like about it and its a great blitz is that a bender in the seam seems like it would kill it. u got good coverage on the left side but the right only has one yellow zone in it. i do like this play though! i like to take the OLB and kinda cover more of the middle instead of just the left side. great blitz though man.

you know u can bring the saftey on the weak side down to the los so he will think uve got that covered.atleast it will make him hold onto the ball for a few seconds longer

Nickel 3-3-5 isn't a very good formation. I only use one play and it's the exact same as you. Cover 3 F@G D.

I like Nickel 3-3-5.... Especially against Shotgun Split Backs.... Here's how I use it....

2 Man Under
-Great against the flats

1. Press
2. Move your DL in and crash them out
3. Spread out your OLB's and move them closer to LOS
4. User the MLB

Cover 1
-Fag D

1. Flip Play (optional- try having ur best Safety in man coverage)
2. Spread your DL out
3. Put both DE's in purple zone

CB Dogs Blitz
- 3rd and long killer!

1. Move your DL in and crash them out
2. Put both blitzing corners in purple zone

If you have two good ends and a nose tackle, then I would recomened Nickel 3-3-5 Cover 1. I recomened using either a good or nose to get pressure. works well, and covers the middle, giving two yellow zones in deep middle.

freeze the defense
call bnr
place mlb on dt left hip
place the nickelback one yard from left hip of rde(left of screen)
Lb audible to the right (lb plus right on the right analog stick

MAKE SURE BLITZ ANGLE OF LOLB IS STRIAHGT DOWN AND THAT HE IS LINED UP DIRECTLY RIGHT OF LDE

nickel 335 cover 1 fag d

call bnr
place each de in purple zone
spy either olb to a qb spy

nickell 335 lb ram dogs

come out in any zone from nickel 335
call brn
audible to lb rams dog
lb audible down
put mlb on dts left hip
place lolb directly right of lde (right of screen)
put the rolb dirtectly left of rde(left of screen)

Love the Nickel 3-3-5, I too use monster, as well as the cov 2 buc, and of course cov 3 weak flat

how do you setup the cover 3 flat play cusi keep getting burned on post routes across the middle

that monster blitz is nice. I did it the way you do and I got two picks and a sack a near another sack.

Do you have a setup for the cover 3 flat

i really only used 335 for cover 3 and cov 3 flat...i tried monster and man...love it....1 more blitz baby...thx guys
