titans PB and the 4-4

right now i cant play madden so i was wondering if anybody can tell me the 4-3 formations in it

and also if you have any plays or tips with the 4-4 it would be much appreciated

the 4-4 is a good d.book if you do it right....but you gota keep the coverage cause your lite in the back...
