I don't blame McDaniels one bit for benching Marshall and Scheffler. After reading multiple stories on the subject this morning, it seems like he made the right decision. Marshall was late to a medical appointment that was set up for him to check up on his hamstring that he had been complaining about all week. When the tests came back, showing he was just fine, McDaniels didn't like it. No matter how hard he "busted his ass" this year, we all remember him in practice kicking balls around, so it's not hard to imagine he started half assing his effort again.

As far as Scheffler is concerned, multiple people overheard him saying he couldn't wait for Denver's season to be over. I wouldn't put up with that either. McDaniels is one of the best descendants that has ever come out of New England. It's worked for Belichick and I think it will work out in the long run for McDaniels as well.

LOL Umm Shanahan was great until the last few years.. He got lazy. The players could do anything they wanted. He did terrible on defense with his picks.. He also had one of the worst defenses to ever suit up on the field in the 2008 Broncos. Also had a horrible collapse to end the season..

McDaniels knows what he's doing.. The captains of the team came to him and said that he needed to teach the team accountability. We wouldn't have made the playoffs anyway if we won... The Jets and Ravens both won to make it to the playoffs.

I believe in McDaniels.. one of the few. He knows that it wasn't the best decision to win, but it was the best decision for the team. They know he means business.
