Full Madden 10 Controls- Hot Routing Slants

Hello. New to Madden 10. There are certain functions that are not listed in the game's user guide. For example, how does one hot route a slant?

I have not been able to figure it out.

hit then which ever button is your reciver then hit to the right or left

For Xbox 360, press Y, then click on the button of the receiver whose route you wish to change. For slants, move the Right Analog Stick left or right, but if you look at the menu that comes up there are many more hot route options.

Sorry, I should have mentioned for PS3. Thanks for the help.

Another question; on PS2 you were able to change the direction of a running play with the Playmaker feature. I am assuming this is no longer the case with PS3 and Madden 10. Is this correct?

yea u just flick the right stick which ever way u wanna run some plays cannot not be flipped though
