| heres the thing each time i do a passing a play i have this thing where i end up throwin the ball deep when i could of had more to find someone open...what do you think i should do?? | |

| First we need to know what team, what quarterback, what plays?
But lunatic may be right, if you just tap the button, it will throw a lob pass that I find very hard to complete.

| They need to make a "velocity meter" next year so that rather than just having lob and bullet it's on a continuum. | |

It is on a continuum. You can hit the button quick and soft for a big lob (usually ineffective unless you're trying to throw over an LB's head) or smash the crap out of it for a bullet (which works great on quick slants), but most passes require something in between. A lot of it depends on your QB's accuracy, though. | |
