gamers starting franchise leagues & most players dont come on line frequently

it gets irritable joining leagues with many players ,that dont even come on line frequently why join a league when you know you are not going to be online frequently..hopefully the next madden will have playoff brackets where you can just create a playoff tournament ,you loose you go home..this way you could join
a league are you could join a playoff tournament..
