| I put English and Tucker at DE, move Castillo to DT, move Weddle to SS, slide Cason into the FS spot, and then swap Cromartie and Jammer.
I did have a previous setup that was similar, but had Cromartie at FS, Jammer as the #1 corner, and Cason as the #2 corner.
Also, put your fastest remaining DBs in at the slot corner spots.
This combined with their O is what makes this team the best in the game in my opinion. Complete and total balance on both sides of the ball, in a way you can't find on any other roster.

Thank you Thank you Thank you. I love this set up I use Almost the same thing. MY DBs are exactly what u do with cason at FS and Corners switched. I have English and Castillo at my ends however Tucker is who I sub in frequently. Great setup. I also put in Applewhite to get more speed at MLB.

| I put merriman and applewhite at d-end and start english at outside lb and put castillo at dt as well and do 4-3 instead of 3-4. | |

The problem I would have with your setup is that English doesn't have enough speed for me to be an effective OLB in pass coverage. That's why Tucker and English are at the ends. They're very fast for DEs, can get to the QB fairly well, and if I need them to cover the flats...they're all over it. Merriman is even better at DE than LB, but I can't afford to give up what he does for me in pass coverage to move him there.

I use Applewhite and Cesaire as the backup DEs, but I may go with your idea and use Applewhite as the MLB. I have Castillo at DT, because I user the DT a lot of times in obvious passing downs, usually in coverage or as a spy. I like to blitz from Dime formations in third and long situations, but hot route Castillo into coverage. It creates a good 5 man rush that creates a few sacks, but mostly causes bad throws.

Again, not a big fan of taking your fastest linebacker...and moving him to DE.

| I like to put #20, Cason I think, in the SS position, especially if you run the 4-6. 4-6 Cover 1 puts the SS in coverage, or you can do SS blitz and him and the MLB will blitz, and you have a faster guy there. And if they come out in 3 wr, I flip the play to put him on the same side as the 3rd receiver, or the opposing TE if they are dangerous. Then I user Weddle at FS and chat down on the run and cover routes that look... important? I have Tucker and English at DE. This provides an EXCELLENT front four, 3 excellent LBs, and an excellent back 4.

Tucker+Williams+that other guy+English Merriman+Cooper+Phillips Cromartie+Weddle+Cason+Jammer Interesting setup, but I'm not a big fan of having Weddle at FS. I prefer to have someone faster in that spot, but then again...it all depends on your style of defense.
