Bullshit gimmicks

Ok so this kid runs nothing but three plays the whole game. I know that most of the good players find their money plays and tend to stick with them but this was bullshit. I was up 14-0 when this kid decided to run hbds, slot screen, and the other screen play (not sure what its called but its the basic WR screen). I put my guys in contain, qb spy, i tried everything but nothing could stop the slot screen and when that didnt work hed throw it the other way to randy moss. And when i got him on short situations he would run the hbds. I messaged him after the game saying gg because im gna give him his props for winning either way but i really just think thats bullshit. If u play in a tourney those plays arent even allowed because they are what ppl call "gimmicks"

I agree dude, I cant stand it. I played a kid who used a certain play all game, I tried everything and nothing worked. I don't get the point, where is the fun in that? Its bs and annoying, but if thats how they have to play so be it

gimmicks to me are screening to desean jackson all game, sweeps tosses and wildcat with chris johnson all game... thats why i ride people so hard that use the 99speed guys... cuz most (not all) use them as a crutch for their lack of play calling prowess...

dey need 2 take stuff like dat and make it harder 4 ppl 2 only to run 3 plays,they should make it were there forced to use different plays.

Naw, here's what they need to do. If a guy runs the same play like 3 times in a certain period of time, then the defense gets a 10% bump against it. Run it 5 times another 10%. Etc..

They also need to do this on every fourth down.

Seems to me like a simple solution. And it is kinda like what really happens. If a team sees the same play over and over they are gonna be able to handle it better. Also on fourth downs a team gets pumped up, thus the 10% bump.

i agree to an extent however it still is the defense's responsibility to find a solution to the play and if they are inable y should they b able to stop it with a defense that hasnt worked?

i agree man about the 4th down thing... if you watch an NFL game and a team goes for it on 4th down the crowd gets crazy and the whole defense is jacked up and ready to GET MESSY!! as for people running the same play, you just gotta try to find a play to stop it man and use your defensive hot routes to your advantage. i mean a lot of people only use like 5 defensive plays MAYBE but do you call that cheap? im not disagreing with you or calling you out or anything im just saying a lot of people run money defensive plays cuz it works. just gotta deal with it for now
