if my madden 10 game gets fucked up and gets that perfect circle scrath in the middle of the disc, if i download it to my harddrive will it be like new???

jsut asking..or is there anyway i can fix the scrath

i tried that with another game and it wouldnt download to the hard drive, but im guessing if you can then it should work

ya i tried to download it but it got to about 92 % and it said the disc was scratched..so i think im fucked with madden for a long time
