what play to stop the inside and out run with the nyj def playbook

i used the ravens defense and i still got smacked with against adp i couldnt stop him on defense i used thunder smoke blitzing all my line backers and putting all of them in each gap and even put the two DEs on contain and he broke for two 65 yrd tds on me. i was then switchin it up and used the 46 normal inside blitz nano again i stackeed the line with my two blitzing backers and it slowed him down a little but couldnt stop the run for s***. really pissed me off how thats all he did but i still won. can someone just either drop me a play or set up or something to stop the run cuz im desperate against adrian peteron his ypc was like 15

lol i mean when you play against ADP. its to hard to stop him so my best advice to you is to smack the ish outta him and hope he fumbles, and prey. dude is just to hard to stop. he breaks outta tackles for fun

but if your looking for an actual play....then i would either go with inside blitz and contian the ends, or outside blitz and do the same. also bring the saftie into the box and stick to the 46

other then that, when you play the vikes just roll a blunt, prey, and hope he doesnt break outta every tackle you lay on him

bro those are the exact plays i used on him like exact the inside blitz 46 DEs contain and stuffed line and usered reed and i switched around with outside rush and DEs contained and stacked the liine and usered reed again both failed its such bullshit couldnt stop the run for s*** with a 46 blitz is bullshit. i even switched it up through in a couple of undersmoke blitzes in 1 5 5 cuz sometimes one will break through for a sack before the handoff and still nothing the only thing that helped me was i injured adp for like a few plays with ma boy ray

maybe you should check out the 46 Pb and run 46 bear. that might help

what formation u use against adp thats more successful ?

normaly those 2 plays i use and that normaly works really well. i do exactly what i said and user the safty. you just need to go into thinking that you wont stop him, you just need to slow him down

when you use inside blitz or gap press... contain the DEs, that stops both inside and outside runs

Step 2. Spread out the LB'ers
Step 3. Re-blitz the DT
Step 4. Put the RILB (left of Center) in the right "A" gap
Step 5. Place the LILB directly over the RT

Step 6. Put the LOLB (right of screen) into a QB Contain
