farewell madden

the bs in madden has made the game more frustrating than fun to me at this point. it's to the point that i'm finding myself more upset playing than joyful. way too many cheesy players online, horrible A.I., and in-game glitches. i average a score of almost 80-7 against the cpu on all-madden, so winning doesn't feel rewarding anymore should i choose to avoid online gameplay.

btw this isn't to detour anyone from playing, i still think it's the best football game out, just not for me anymore. maybe i'm too competitive and take things too serious. but it is what it is. i know when it's time to throw in the towel.

I quit playing madden 2 months ago. I started playing maybe 1 game every 3 days over the past week and haven't been hit with any bs. I would take a break and then come back.

What type of BS are ya'll talking about?

I don't know what hes talking about but I've been playing a lot of ncaa and mw2 lately

Once I get nba 2k10 even less madden for me.

i took a break for about 2 months came back and got dc glitched a few times

nba 2k10 was horrible, don't waste your money. The D will leave their post and just leave an O man wide open and there nothing you can do about it.

This game is impossible to stay away from
I would stop playing, then watch a football game then catch the urge to play

the ones that quit r not the true madden heads (like they may say).. ppl that quit madden may just b videogame heads.. i never find madden to b boring.. no matter what.. i have never gone a week witout playing it (sumtimes im busy and dont get the chance to play for a couple days).. im sorry but if u r a true fan of a game, u play it til the next version comes out.. no matter what flaws r in it..

I love madden but I just don't see the exciting factor that you get in ncaa where big runs and big pass plays are possible.

Madden is great and all but maybe I just prefer college football for now.
We'll see when 11 comes out.

+MW2 is still raw.

so true man. i just became a huge madden head this year. i have always been a good player i thought, but i never played it year round until this year. i just keep finding ways to keep playing. i enjoy this game when im killing or getting killed. its fun to just get better and play. of course playing this much has made me a much better player

Turn your defensive help down and it wont be as bad. NBA Live is horribly made if you ask me.

I cant seem to stay away either.. On a 10 gm win streak this weekend. I love it.

i lost at the end of the game like this. no time left... no one could catch me....so i thought.

but you know what? i still love the game. was upset when i posted this. but i'm still gonna stay away from mainly online play. it's hard, almost impossible to find a online franchise where people actually play their games.

yeah this game has a lot of flaws and cheesy ass s***, but its way to hard to get away from lol, but yeah i get really pissed off sometimes and feel like im gona quit the game. its a double edged sword, but when your winning its great.
