| i think it was a supposed to be a trick play cuz they ran it more later in the game and it was deffinetly intentional except later in the game it was the entire line. | |

| The whole reason he didn't move is because the line is instructed to not move when they think someone goes offsides. Then, once someone goes offsides, there is no way they will get whistled for moving. This guy obviously took it too far though and didn't move the whole play. | |
