I fixed this problem. I cleared out the cache in my HDD on my 360. Go to system settings,memory,hit a,now y,then xx lb rb xx it will say do you want to perform this maintance on your 360 console. click yes. Rewboot your 360. The HDD in the 360 is just like a pc HDD sometimes files get corrupted. So by doing this all the corrupted files get deleted. Hope this helps others...
