| Hey guys I was just wondering if theirs a trick to getting other teams to trade their players. I'm currently after Manning and I' am willing to give up Ben Rothlisberger, Jeff Reed and Tight End Miller. Yet I still get rejected and this isn't just for Manning, this is for every player.
Any help/ advice? | |

| Find a position the Colts have extra of, edit one of those players to QB, then edit Manning to a position you have extra of, probably WR. Then trade for him and you will get him for basically free. | |

| Edit is the cheese whiz method but it works. Trading is much harder this year and getting Manning from the Colts damn near impossible. To answer your other question, you trade your best players for other teams number 1 draft picks, then trade those picks for Manning. Might mean giving up 6 - 9 good players. Here's a little tip Flacco goes to 91 if you win a lot of season awards with him. And you can get him pretty cheap. | |

| My best free agent so far is Donnie Edwards, then switch him to Strong Safety. | |

| When you sign free agents in order to just trade them, make sure you do not pay them a bonus as then there is a penalty.
You can sign free agent linebackers with good Finesse Moves and then change them to Defensive End.
You can sign free agent linebackers with good hit power and move them to Safety.
Look through the trade block for other teams needs and sign them from free agency and then trade to that team.
Always try to bump up your trade by adding some of their late round picks
Trade away your garbage players then sign free agent backups to 1yr contracts
I don't change players positions and then sign them. I consider that cheating. I don't care if you do it, it is your game. I just include it here as another tip.
Using all the above tips to exploit the game is cheesing. So what, I paid for it and I will do what I damn well please. I do however limit myself to just a couple cheeze whiz moves per season.
The ultimate cheeze whiz is to use the above tactics to load your rival division teams with garbage players on expensive contracts. I do not do this but include it as a tip should you want to. | |
