How to Beat Bump N Run coverage?

Ok I am having trouble getting the ball to my receivers. Alot of my opponents lately have been blitzing with bump n run coverage. My receivers can't get off the press coverage quickly enough and I either take a sack or I try to force it to them and the corner is able to knock it down/pick it off. Any help?

Throw to your rb out of the backfield to the flats. That or run back 15 yards and wait for your guys to beat the bump.

DEEP PLAYS,DELAYED ROUTES,DOUBLE MOVES ON CERTAIN PLAYS OR JUST WAIT TILL HE BEATS THE PRESS.JUST SLANT OR DRAG AND MOTION

Thanks for the help guys, but the deep plays probably won't work cause alot of people I played brought some heat with the bump n run, so i'll just have to hope for a quick catch and run to get a big play of any kind.
