I need some 46 defense tips

I use The Cowboys and need some help setting and running this P.B. I'm just not seeing some of these nanno's working that leaves the field open...

Well to use the 46 defense you need speed and talent on the field. Heres a quick nano for ya:
-go to 46 bear
-choose sam snake
-pinch the d-line
-get on the safety
-move right on top of the DT and blitz when the play starts

It leaves all of your guys in man to man coverage so make sure your corners and lbs can cover.

I also need some really plays to stop both run and pass not just the nanno's even tho that would be nice too...

To stop the pass choose the play cove 3 zone in the bear package. If you have a high level lb control him and play center field. Everything deep and in the flats will be covered. To stop run and pressure the qb at the same time choose the play ss blitz in the 46 normal package. Control the safety that ss blitzing on the right. Try to dive at him when you're close cause the cpu seems to always get the ball off

the Standing RDE,DT,DT,and LDE,go to practice mode and try em,But not wen yur oppenet is in a 4 wide side.best when not in shotgun.(also i'll sub my fastest DE/LB at RDE when doin this.adjust covergage as needed.

Thanks I'll try this out

In the bear flipped, I just reblitz my 4 Dlinemen, however if you are playing someone smart they will probably figure out how to combat it so mix things up.
