Shud i use them as a 46 defense or 3-4.

Why don't you just use their PB it has 3-4 and a 46 defense.

you should use the cardnial's D.book it has quarter combo 3deep scheme..that's money..try it...

I use their pb.

I especially like 3-4 predator w/ T-Sizzle rushing, 4-6, and Nickel Odd Split.

3-4 is the way to go. I use them all the time online and their D is vicious!
