I think from a playcalling standpoint it is a tossup. From a team standpoint it is a big blow to your defense. Your basically saying we trust our offense more than our defense. In that situation I would punt.

It was the right call. He was playing to win. If the pats convert that 4th down then we would be sitting here calling him a genius. I was completely behind that decision cuz u knew it didn't matter how far peyton had to go. If we punt it peyton woulda scored anyways. Its what he does at the end of games all the time.
