4-3 vs 3-4

As you can see I run with the Bengals, but I'm having a hard time choosing between the 4-3 or 3-4. I'm skeptical to go with the 3-4 because I have 3 decent LB with the roster update online...but what i'm looking for is suggestions for running with the Bengals...What would be your choice and why?

3 - 4 because Bengals have more good LBs than DL.

I prefer 4-3 better. IMO, it creates better passs and run coverage. Unless you know how to adjust the 3-4 to stop the run than I would say go with 4-3.

I like 4-3 but it sucks using a good LB on the line really doesnt work for ya. Which when going to a 4 front you want to put a few good plays on the outside and so you would want to take one of your good linebackers you use in the 3-4 and use him on the line.

I don`t really know what defensive to tell you to run. Because I like both the 4-3 and 3-4. So I will be running balanced d to have both defensive package in my playbook.

The 4-3 is soooooooooooooooo easy to run against for me.

you only have 3 linebackers so hitting the edge is almost a giving with a fast back and if a linmen gets a good block on someone up the middle and your fullback goes and picks up someone else it is easy yards.

Yes the 4-3 can be easy to run on with a singleback formation but if you spread you DL and put the DE on contain this forces the play back inside unless you do a quick pitch or something else.

i barely run both i like normal nickel and 3-3-5

i run normally 3-4, 2-4-5, and 3-3-5

3-4 because it stops outside runs well and even inside runs plus it has sum very good zone blitzes.u just have to know how to shift ur DL and such.

i use nickel 2-4-5 every play.

i usually audible into my main plays, i just come out in 245 so if i audible to 4-3 i have my fast olb's as de's!

You're joking right? I played a guy who ran the 3-4 and I ran on him all day.

If you face me and try to run its not happning.

no disrespect to you but one game against a guy who probbally didnt know how to run it.

i think the 3-4 is wayyyy too easy to run on. i mean it had so many holes its rediculous
