Shotgun Gator Heavy: QB Sweep
a) Use the Quick QB package; this will place your best WR in the QB position.
b) Motion the FB/TE in front of the QB, use the one you won.t run toward
have them going toward the side you are running.
c) Snap the Ball as the motion man gets behind the guard.
This play is great for those small yard situations.
Shotgun Gator Heavy: TE Cross
a) Use the Twin HB package; this will place your best RB.S in the backfield.
b) Streak the WR
c) Sent the Left Side RB to a slant to the right.
d) Send the Right side RB to a drag going left.
e) Motion the right side RB to the right.
f) Motion the RB back into the back field.
g) Snap the Ball once the motion man reaches the RT.
h) Look for the TE on the crossing route or the RB, that you motioned, also
look for the WR for the strafe catch
This play is great against man coverage.
Shotgun Gator Heavy: WR Jet Sweep
a) Slide Protection Aggressive
b) Place your fastest WR at the sweep position or use WR Sub to get good speed.
c) Snap the Ball.
If any defender is in Blue Zone Coverage, they will continue to play their
pass zone coverage.
]Shotgun Gator Heavy: QB Power FK Jet
]a) Pick Quick QB package. Slide Protect Aggressive.
b) Snap the Ball.
c) Fake toward the middle for a second.
d) Go to the left outside. Most times if the defense is in 2 CB formations,
you should get a good gain.
This is great against zone defense, against man it can collapse.
