Experiencing Lag Pretty Bad, Only On Madden Though???

Ok so i just got set up with xbox live, i play Call of Duty..... no lag, Halo..... no lag, Madden 09 and no lag. But when i play Madden 10 there is major lag and i really can't even tollerate to play online, which sucks because thats really the best part of it to me.

I have a Bad A router that has a range booster, two antennas, its some type of D Link but it's not just ur average old step 1 router, could it be because there are soooo many people online or is it something else...

2 reasons I think may be the problem.

Online play this year is set to slower gameplay.

Maybe your disc has scratches or smudges... I would suggest downloading it to your hard drive.

2 reasons I think may be the problem.

Online play this year is set to slower gameplay.

Maybe your disc has scratches or smudges... I would suggest downloading it to your hard drive.

yea i know about the gameplay being slower, but it's not that, its like at least a 1/4 second delay on button i push, like kickoff is crucial to get it right ha.... the disc is new with no scratches but i guess i could try downloading it on my hard drive though

How many games have you played, some people have terrible connections.
