DE super rush

so now ends my period of ignorance...I thought I was pretty good, ranked #1 in my OD but I got absolutely destroyed last night. I was unable to stop consistent pressure that came from my opponents DE.

I think I tried all the normal plays....slide protect to that side, hot route the back to protect, quick passes and of coursetrying to run in passing formations and situations and vice versa...nothing was overly effective. Deep passes or play action were simply out of the question as he would typically meet my qb and the end of his 3-5 step drop. Quick passes, where he ran press coverage would not get separation quickly enough to be open on a consistent basis. Those times that I anticipated the receiver getting open led to two interceptions as the de was still hitting me as I threw. He was obvioulsy run/pass committing as he gained the + points for strategy on several occassions.

I am typically (i thought) pretty diverse in my offense but I was unable to do much of anything against him on a consistent basis. I obvioulsy need to step up my game but at this point I am somewhat clueless as to what to try as I thought I endeavored to implement the likely counter measures to his defensive attack.

He was not running the 3/4 edge blitz scheme as he had 4 dl all night.

I can't get any pressure with my DEs. How do they do this?

was he ussing him or nah what formation if ur rolling out if he had him in de contain hell look like a hero if he was overloading out of bear dfense that can do it all so was it 4 -3 or dime let me kno ill help u out

4-3 and dime. he was using de. i would do a 3 or 5 step drop and he was right there.

i can do that to control ur de and contro lthe right analong if ur ising the le right side of the screen hit ur right anlong to the right he rips to the otuside of tha tackle n beats the tackle everytime if hes not likt like a 95 overal ltackle if ur using the toher de the analong the other way its a good way to get pressure with a 4 man rush

i do this out of 46 normal cover 3 press works wonders the right analog is the pass rush button

He may have been using the turbo blitz if he was using the player that was super blitzing

does anybody how tto super blitz or turbo blitz, bcuz im curious my cousin iz killing me wit right now lol

You can easily do this. Contain a DT, move the DE on the side of the DT and put him next to the other DE and manually blitz. Or you can run 46 bear Cover 3 (or maybe it's cover 2) and get the RE, slide and crash line to the left and go untouched. Or he could have looped his line, reblitzed both DE's, and manually blitzed with one.
