How to use Fakhir Brown?

I already have two top notch safeties with three 80+ cbs. I got Fakhir Brown as a throw in from trade, but I'm still concerning about his slow speed (79 spd with 80 acc), but he has excellent skills in coverage and man press. I have low 60's young and fast back-up CBs with no skill, but is Fakhir still good for #3 spot?

I know many people like to use fast WR in #3 spot, so I am not sure if Fakhir is completely useless. I wouldn't like him to be my back up safety. Any idea what kind of reciever should Fakhir match in defense assignment?
