How does my brother make Tyson Jackson play like a beast?

I've been watching my brother play as the Chiefs and he gets ridiculous pressure against most defensive lines from Tyson Jackson the LE (OVR 79 I think). Whenever he tries any other defensive line using the same tactic, it wont work as well. He tried it with Osi Umenyora (no idea how to spell that), and gets stuffed at the line and pancaked every so often, but when he uses Tyson Jackson its usually instant pressure on the QB. Anyone else notice this with any other less than stellar players?
