Kickoff coverage

Hey guys, Im new to the site, and I've seen alot of good tips. Been playin madden for years but only been playin online the last two. I like to think that Im pretty good, but prob no where near where alot of you are.

Anyway, the reason Im here is that I find myself giving up 1-2 kickoff returns for td every game against the good returners like sproles, hester, jones, etc. Its gotten so bad that I have been just kicking the ball out of bounds and giving it to them at the 40, and relying on my defense.

Is there anything I can do for better coverage? Which defenders to control or different way to angle the kicks? ANY help would be much appreciated.

From experience don't kick to the corners every time I kick to the corner they score with all my guys going to that corner if your opponent hit that sideline its 6 so i always kick straight down the middle

You can maybe try to squib kick. That is what I do some games its like a change up for me.

kick down the middle and manually use the kicker to try and make the tackle (dont switch to any player running down field)

it seems like this year the kickoff return teams do a great job exploiting gaps from where players should be running down field.

Kick to the middle, as full power as you can get it. Switch to someone fast and try to weave in and out of the blockers, not getting hit, and make the tackle.

Or you could squib it down the middle at half power. Should bounce around and the return men usually go retarded and don't pick up the ball until you have players in position to make the tackle.

Oh and also its easy to shed blocks using the right stick so what I do instead of letting the computer do it I start going down the field and picking off blockers go have someone block you on purpose and use the right stick to shed block that leaves your other players running free the the return man u can shed a block in a sec compare to cpu get held for a couple seconds
