Been running the 3-4 D for some time now but not having much luck anymore. I know there are some good nanos out of the 3-4 D but I don’t want to rely just on nanos. Any tips on some good 3-4 D would be cool. Looking for a solid 3-4 that does good against outside runs and play action. These are the two areas I am getting killed in.

Honestly, I run 3-4 Under cover 3 about 70% of the time. I show blitz and control the FS over the middle. Gets much more pressure than you'd expect and it psychs them out pre-snap.
