Groups will be divided by conference unless you there is someone who's in a crew with you. Those people will automatically be chosen to be in the group with their crew member. Other than that it will be divided by AFC and NFC. If their are more AFC/NFC than NFC/AFC we will just split it up so its 4 on 4 but will try to keep it fair.
