NEW RULE/FEATURE: Trading draft picks....

as long as this doesn't cause any problems, this is how we're gonna do this seeing as how the game doesn't support it...

if you want to work out a trade to include a draft pick, you can do so, but when the draft comes, the person you traded with will have to pick the player you want and then give them up to you to fulfill the trade you made.

feel free to start trading for draft picks, i'm not sure how many rounds the drafts will be, or how good the players are, but it should make things interesting.
